Jade Goody

Former Big Brother contestant and Indian Ambassador, Jade Goody, also had a bit of a spell on the wrong side of the law when she was apprehended by police after an incident at her local Asda in Harlow, Essex.

The Asda staff called police when a security tag on a £16 denim jacket she was carrying set off a security alarm. Jade explained to the police that she had been buying several items of clothing and thought that the workers had just forgotten to take the tags off. Police eventually released her without a charge explaining that there was not enough evidence to hold her for the theft.

It seems that since Jade never really hit the heights of becoming a celebrity that she never learnt how to do the petty theft thing properly. Poor old Jade. Poor old dead Jade.
