5) DIME Bombs

Mad Weapons - DIME bomb

Everyone loves Dime bars, even though they’re never big enough. DIME bombs on the other hand are nowhere near as pleasing on the tongue. DIME stands for dense inert metal explosive. They consist of a normal detonating charge surrounded by tiny fragments of a non-active metal, such as tungsten. Because this part of the bomb is nonreactive, it doesn’t form part of the explosion, it’s just sprayed around on impact.

The bomb’s effective radius is pretty small but if you are anywhere near the thing when it goes off you will be sprayed and permeated by tiny bits of tungsten. The particles are so small that the entry points are tiny and organs are shattered deep within. If you do survive your likelihood of dying of cancer thanks to the fine dusting of tungsten is significantly raised. So it’s a gift that keeps on giving basically.

So in conclusion: don’t anger the US of A. They will get you and they will get you hard. They are above the law…
