Teenager Jailed For Holding Up Chicken Shop With ‘Pistol’ After They Gave Him The Wrong Sauce

It’s always annoying when bossman gives you the wrong sauce at the chicken shop, but pulling a gun on him over it? Pretty excessive if you ask me.

Marwan Khadir, 18, of Penge, south London, has been jailed for 3 years after threatening shop staff with a (fake) gun after they put burger sauce in his bag instead of garlic:

Pure comedy. I’m not sure why this lad has CCTV in his living room but the look of disbelief on his face when he realises he got the wrong sauces is just laugh out loud funny. The realisation that he has the wrong sauce before cutting to a clip of him venting on the phone and then marching over to the chicken shop to confront bossman, followed by armed police at his door ready to arrest him. Absolute cinema!

A Met spokesman said: ‘The fast-paced investigation that followed saw officers identify Khadir through intensive CCTV and financial tracking, as well as local resident checks.

‘Officers also conducted large-scale phone work in order to identify Khadir’s address and worked in tandem with firearms command to obtain warrants for his arrest.

‘Following the arrest, officers seized the replica gun Khadir used in the attack, as well as fake ammunition.

‘The high-quality CCTV which captured the offence, coupled with the weapon and matching clothing seized by officers contributed to the creation of an incredibly strong evidence package.’

3 years in jail over garlic sauce. Someone send this kid to anger management! What’s he going to do when someone gives him the wrong sauce in prison? Not much, I suspect.
