Compliments For Every Premier League Team

Arsenal — They are the only team to have gone a full season unbeaten and it’s very unlikely that that feat will be achieved again. People feared the worst when Fabregas finally got his wish to return home and Nasri turned his back on them but the Premier League’s second longest serving manager seems to be putting another quality team together. Arsenal is good.

Aston Villa — Villa are the biggest team in the midlands and I’m 25% certain that Alex McLeish is the right man for that job. I’m 10% certain that he will not eventually have them relegated. I hope they don’t get relegated because the Premier League without Aston Villa just seems wrong.

Blackburn Rovers — One of only four teams to have won the Premier League, there seems to have been an upturn in form recently. The negative influences in the dressing room have gone and the team seem to be pulling together to try and avoid relegation. When will these sleeping giants wake from their slumber?

Bolton Wanderers — Since their promotion to the top flight in 2000 they have become a tough team to beat. While this season hasn’t been the best, their unpretentious, efficient football will keep them in the Premier League for a long time to come. Bolton are a team who I can’t help but admire, never intimidated by opponents they’ll fight to the bone for a win.

Chelsea — You give these guys free reign and watch them soar; a team so good that a manager just isn’t required. All that is needed is a cardboard cut-out of a random man stood on the touchline. What’s not to like about a team with Ashley Cole, John Terry, Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba in it? Chelsea is good.
