Everyone should have their census now, and everyone should be scared, really scared cos you’re all getting a £1000 fine if you A. don’t fill it in or B. fill it in will false information, which makes you wonder: is providing a drawing of a penis in a box that you are told to leave blank A. not filling it in or B. providing false information? Well there’s a petition on Facebook to get people to do this and I thought it was pretty funny so wanted to share it with all you Sick Chirpse readers:
