It’s that time of year where all the best butts in Brazil take to the stage in a battle to be crowned Miss BumBum Brazil — very important stuff.

Before that though, the stars of 2021’s Miss BumBum competition are trying to draw attention to the importance of getting vaccinated – by using the incomparable power of their butts.

The curvy candidates have tattooed their booties with “vaccinate here” as part of an initiative put in place by the organisation running the contest.

One candidate told TMZ:

We want our vaccine in the butt … we want everyone to be vaccinated.

Vaccine in the butt? Um, OK. As long as the doctor promises to call her the next day I guess. Either way, these girls are doing very important work by encouraging Brazilians to get vaccinated, given this latest news:

Over the past month, the South American nation has blown past a series of grisly milestones, repeatedly setting new records for most Covid-19 deaths per day. In the past week, it set another record: 12,818 new deaths and more than 464,000 new cases, according to Johns Hopkins University figures

Wherever you are in the world, it’s probably best to take the advice tattooed on the Miss BumBum competitors’ backsides. You wouldn’t want to let down Miss Vanusa Freitas, would you?

As we’re here, let’s have a look at some of the other backsides all competing for the Miss Bumbum crown this year. Looks like it will be a close call, as usual:

Mama mia! Maybe we’ll even get some of the drama of the 2018 competition, where a fight broke out on stage over whether the winner had a fake butt. Classic:

Fake or not, at least these ladies are doing something positive with their butts this time around. People of Brazil – get your asses vaccinated!

For the doctor who claims she can’t find work ever since competing in the Miss BumBum competition, click HERE. That just ain’t right.
