Woman, 23, Jailed For Smuggling Drugs & SIM Cards In Her Mouth In Prison

A young lady has been jailed after being caught smuggling cannabis sweets and SIM cards into prison for her boyfriend and his buddies.

Montana Robertson, 23, hid the drug and three mobile phone SIM cards in her mouth during a visit to HMP Parc in Bridgend, South Wales.

I don’t know how she expected to get away with it because the screening for visitors involves pat-downs, metal detectors and having a look inside your mouth, and so she was easily busted when searched by staff at the category B prison…

Maybe up the b*tt would have been a better idea?

Police also searched Robertson’s home where they found cannabis jellies and skunk worth £70.

Kathryn Lane, prosecuting, told Newport Crown Court that Robertson attempted to smuggle the items ‘through peer pressure’. Obviously!

She also noted that Robertston was ‘petrified of going to prison’, which is probably the sort of thing you should think about before smuggling weed and SIM cards into jail for your boyfriend (who she has since broken up with btw).

In the end, she was jailed for 50 days, which isn’t too bad all things considered. I think that means she’ll be out in 20 days as long as she behaves herself? I don’t know, but it certainly could have been worse.

In fact I could use a few of those memory cards for my PS2. Any one confirm when she’s out exactly?
