One of the best ways to deal with being in quarantine and cope with the fact that you’re probably going to be indoors for the next 30 days (at least), is to start thinking about all the things that self-isolating is keeping you safe from – aside from coronavirus of course.

How about: your unathletic self won’t be tempted to try whatever this girl was going for here:

Aaand that’s her out for the season. I’m no doctor but that’s a torn ACL, MCL and LCL, broken kneecap, shredded ligaments, the works. What I want to know is what the hell she was trying to do in the first place? A springboard off the bench maybe? Well whatever she planned it definitely didn’t go the way she had anticipated. Only positive is that there’s never been a better time to be laid up at home recovering from injury, so I hope this girl finds some solace in that. A healthy reminder to the rest of us to #stayindoors during pandemic season as well – you never know how God will make you pay for it (haha, just kidding).
