That’s the headline to a poster campaign that discourages people to dress up as black people, terrorists or Mexicans for Halloween.
Now I’m pretty sure it’s fine to dress up as a black person, terrorist and Mexican for Halloween and can’t really see how it’s racist. If you were to dress up as the KKK or something then that would probably be taken as being pretty out of order, but blacking yourself up is cool these days I think?
