I just posted up a video of some people attacking each other with machetes at a funeral and questioned how bad things were getting in this country, but they’re apparently a whole different level of bad over in Beijing, China where a video has gone viral showing worms raining down from the sky and covering a bunch of cars.

Gross. Of course, a bunch of people are claiming that the footage is fake, but there are also a couple of other theories as to what it actually going on in it with some people suggesting that the worms are actually poplar flowers that have fallen off trees or that they may have been swept up in a passing tornado or simply just exploded from the thawing ground as spring approaches.

Not sure if I’m buying any of those except the tornado one really, but there apparently haven’t been any tornadoes in the region recently so that sort of rules that one out as well. What a mystery, although I would hold off calling it the end of times just yet. This stuff has happened before even if it is really rare and weird. There’s definitely some kind of explanation.
