Missing Brit Influencer Is Found In Moroccan Flat – And ‘Wants To Stay On Holiday’
Positive update on the Scottish influencer who went missing in Morocco this week – she’s been found safe and sound in an apartment in Agadir and ‘wants to stay on holiday’.
Rachel Kerr, 31, from Dunblane, Scotland, had been missing for five days after checking out of the Caribbean Village hotel following a night of partying at SMART Nightclub in Hotel Agador.
For some reason, after she checked out of her hotel, she switched off her phone, stopped posting on social media, and didn’t contact her friends or family for 5 days.

This was very uncharacteristic behaviour and so naturally, everyone assumed the worst. Missing person posters were circulated, sites like us blogged about her, and her friends and family even flew out to Agadir to look for her.
Welp, that was all a big waste of time because it turns out she had simply checked out of her hotel and booked herself into another apartment in the city.
Police used CCTV to track her down.
Local authorities said: “Police located her in an apartment in Agadir, where she was found to have left her hotel of her own accord and had not been subjected to any attack or threat to her physical safety.
“Authorities confirmed she is still in Morocco under normal circumstances and is in contact with her brother, who entered the country on April 22 and reached her in Agadir.”

A source close to the investigation told The Sun that Rachel “wants to continue her vacation”, despite loved ones reportedly being concerned for her mental health.
Her friend, Alexis Shaw, also claimed Rachel had run out of money, but I guess she’s surviving somehow.
Fair play to the girl if she wants to extend her holiday and stay out in Morocco, it’s just not ideal that she went radio silent and didn’t tell anyone her plans. You’ve got to at least let your brother or a buddy know, surely? Just to make sure no one worries unnecessarily.

Here’s hoping Rachel can get her mind right out there in Morocco and then head back home to Scotland, or wherever else she wants to go. Do you thing, girl! Just don’t keep your family completely in the dark.
