Kanye West went on NORE’s Drink Champs the other day, which is a podcast where guests get smashed on alcohol throughout the interview. Naturally he came out with some wild and controversial takes – which, to be fair, he probably would have done sober as well. Get a load of this clip…
I’m not even sure what he’s going on about for half the video; what the hell does fashion designer Virgil Abloh’s death have to do with George Floyd? I really don’t get the connection he was trying to make there. In any case he plainly states George Floyd died from a fentanyl overdose, and the cop can’t have been responsible because his knee wasn’t even on Floyd’s neck. Which is a pretty bold thing for Kanye West to put out there, especially following his ‘White Lives Matter‘ fashion show the other day.
He also takes another dig at the ‘Jewish media’, which follows his claim last week that the Jews ordered P Diddy to take out a hit on him. It is pretty mental that JP Morgan closed his bank account over all this drama – will give him that. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even close Jeffrey Epstein’s account, so no doubt this will only fuel Kanye’s paranoia and idea that he’s been targeted by the powers that be.
