In case you didn’t know, Ian McShane (Pirates of the Caribbean, Sexy Beast) has joined the cast of Game of Thrones but for some reason he’s being an utter dick about protecting spoilers for Season 6.

Earlier this month he let slip (spoiler alert) that he plays a priest who brings a “much-loved character” back to life. Anyone who’s watched Game of Thrones already knows who he’s talking about, so cheers for that Ian.

Game of Thrones die-hards got on his case about it but turns out Ian McShane doesn’t give two shits about pissing off the Internet.

He explained to The Telegraph why he couldn’t care less about spoiler controversy:

You say the slightest thing and the Internet goes ape. It’s only tits and dragons.

How dare he? How fucking dare he? Isn’t even officially part of the storylines yet and already trying to stir shit up with some spoilers. Acting like Game of Thrones is just tits and dragons. Well OK, he’s kinda right about that but still, I’m not cool with this guy just showing up out of nowhere and acting like spoilers aren’t a big deal. Piss off Ian McShane. Maybe if you’d been around since the beginning you could get away with saying it. Maybe if Kit Harington said it it’d be OK. But especially now that TV series has caught up with the books, it would be nice not to have anything spoiled for Season 6. Get out of here with your spoilers and let us all enjoy our tits and dragons in peace.
