CCTV footage has emerged showing the moment a teenage boy was knocked to the ground by a pair of hammer-wielding thugs.

The video shows the attackers hitting and kicking the victim before one of them batters him with a hammer. The 15-year-old kid, who hasn’t been named, was rushed to hospital with a fractured skull. Thankfully he is expected to make a full recovery.
The ambush occurred outside of Birmingham’s Bullring shopping centre after he was chased out by 15 youths. West Midlands Police are now on the look out for the two attackers, who managed to flee before the ambulance arrived:
