Russia is the only country in the world where elves and unicorns live. They aren’t spotted out and about very often because they have a special invisibility potion that they use in public. Sometimes, however, they run out of said potion and are sighted on the tube on their way to Boots to pick up some more. That’s probably what’s happened here.
Russians also utilise pixie dust when they’re flying aircraft. Why bother fixing the engine when you can rely on magic? If you saw that clapped out piece of crap engine out of your window you’d probably have bit of a spaz out wouldn’t you? I defo would.
