Here’s those same youths looking a lot less exuberant as they face charges. The Russians take a pretty dim view of people desecrating war memorials. They got let off without jail time in the end but that has probably taught them a valuable lesson hasn’t it. DO NOT FLAUNT BLOW UP DOLLS NEXT TO WWII TANKS.
