Katie Price Buys £2,000 Puppy In Dubai After Two Of Her Cats Go ‘Missing’

Katie Price is catching some flak from animal rights activists for buying a new £2,000 puppy in Dubai while two of her cats are still missing.

That’s aside from the 8 pets that have already died in her care over the years due to multiple tragic accidents, primarily being run over by cars outside her home in Sussex.

Days ago, Katie took to Instagram to share that two of her Sphinx cats had gone missing or been ‘stolen’.

In the meantime, she’s flown to Dubai to spunk £2,000 on a male Pomsky – a Pomeranian crossed with a Husky – with husband Lee Andrews.

Here’s a rundown of what’s happened to the pets Katie owned in the past:

  • Blade (German Shepherd): Struck and killed by a car near her home.
  • Sharon (Pomeranian): Hit and killed by a vehicle on the same road as Blade.
  • Sparkle (Alsatian): Escaped and died after being hit by a car.
  • Queenie (Alsatian): Struck by a car near her home, which Price blamed on a delivery driver leaving a gate open.
  • Horse: Struck and killed on the A24 after breaking loose from its field
  • Rolo (French Bulldog): Suffocated when he became trapped and squashed in an electric-powered armchair.
  • Premature Kitten: Passed away just hours after being born to her Sphynx cat, Doris.
  • Marvin (Chameleon): Died, which Price attributed to “a broken heart” after her children moved away.
  • Eilleen & Doris (Sphynx Cats): Mysteriously went missing/stolen from her property.

I mean, that’s a pretty unbelievable record, even for someone like Katie Price. Rolo the French Bulldog suffocating after getting trapped and squashed in an electric chair? Jesus!

Katie’s history with pets is so bad multiple petitions have been set up over the years asking the RSPCA to investigate.

More recently, PETA offered Katie £5,000 to stop acquiring animals. Clearly, she’s turned that down because she keeps buying new pets every time her old ones die in tragic circumstances or go missing.

In response, Katie’s rep told the MailOnline: ‘Kate has asked PETA many times to have a conversation with her directly, but instead they continue to play the narrative out in the media. 

‘If they want to have a direct conversation with Kate they can get in touch.’

Aside from the new dog, Katie now owns eight Sphynxes and five more dogs. RIP in advance to them all.
