Trump Lashes Out At 60 Minutes Reporter For Reading Manifesto Of Gunman Who Stormed White House Correspondents Dinner
Following the shooting at the White House Correspondents Dinner, Trump gave an interview to 60 Minutes in which he got really upset when reporter Norah O’Donnell read from the shooter’s manifesto.
Specifically – the part where the shooter references rape and paedophilia…

O’DONNELL: “In his manifesto, [the shooter] wrote that ‘I’m no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes.’ What’s your reaction?”
TRUMP: “I was waiting for you to read that because I knew you would because you’re horrible people. I’m not a rapist. I didn’t rape anybody. I’m not a pedophile.
O’DONNELL: “Oh do you think he was referring to you?”
TRUMP: “Excuse me. You read that crap from a sick person. I was totally exonerated. You should be ashamed of yourself, reading that. You’re a disgrace.”
Classic Trump right there.
Trump is mentioned over 38,000 times in the Epstein files (just from what’s been released), and seems intent on blocking and restricting the full release of the files.
Can’t help but think that if I was President of the United States and everyone was accusing me of being a rapist and paedophile, I would demand the full release of the Epstein files to prove that I wasn’t. Trump seems to have taken the complete opposite approach? Makes you wonder.
