CCTV Shows Moment Bride Is Covered In Black Paint By Sister-In-Law

A bride who had her wedding day completely ruined after her sister-in-law (who was not invited) turned up and drenched her in black paint has had the CCTV footage released for all to see.

Gemma Monk, 35, was all set to walk down the aisle when she heard her name called out, turned around and was splashed with black point all over her face, eyes and £1,800 white gown…

The attacker was Antonia Eastwood, 49 – the wife of Gemma’s older brother, Ashley (also not invited). As you can see in the clip, Antonia and her hubby legged it from the venue in Maidstone, Kent, immediately after the attack.

Apparently after the attack, Antonia was boasting that she’s the ‘best decorator around’.

Why did she do it? Well apparently, it was revenge from over a year earlier at Antonia’s own wedding in Dover, where she claims Gemma tried to ‘trip her up’ during her own walk down the aisle. She’d been grudging hard and plotting her revenge ever since!

Fortunately for Gemma, an usher was able to find a replacement dress after some running around. Unfortunately the dress was too big, but Gemma was determined to proceed with the ceremony anyway, and married Ken Monk, her partner of 20 years, two hours after the attack.

After being named and shamed all over the internet and given a 10-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and a 10-year restraining order, as well as having to pay £5k in compensation, Antonia Eastwood (below) told MailOnline that she regrets her behaviour.

She said: “I feel ashamed of myself. It’s not me. I’ve never been in trouble with the police before. Ever.”

She called the incident a ‘spur of the moment’ event, claiming the paint was in her car and was an impulsive decision. Which makes no sense because she and her husband weren’t even invited, so what the hell were they doing there with a bucket of paint in the car?

Clear winner in this family feud, I think. Gemma and Ken now plan to renew their vows as the date of the original wedding just reminds them of them of what a b1tch Antonia is. Fair enough really.
