18-Year-Old Who Died On Carnival Cruise Ship Was Sexually Assaulted By Her 16-Year-Brother Before He Murdered Her

An 18-year-old girl who died on a Carnival Cruise ship was sexually assaulted by her 16-year-old stepbrother before he murdered her.

Anna Kepner, a high school cheerleader from Titusville, Florida, had been travelling on the Carnival Horizon cruise ship last November with her family.

Before the ship was scheduled to return to Florida from the Caribbean, her body was found stuffed under a bed in a cabin she was sharing with her two siblings, including her younger stepbrother.

Anna had failed to turn up for breakfast one morning on the cruise, and her body was found at around 11am by a maid, stuffed under the bed in a blanket, and covered with life jackets.

She had died from mechanical asphyxiation (strangulation), and there was evidence she had been sexually assaulted.

Her porn-brained stepbrother, Timothy Hudson (below), has now been indicted for first-degree murder and aggravated sexual assault as an adult.

What makes it even worse is that Anna sensed something was seriously off about her stepbrother. She had repeatedly warned her family that she felt uncomfortable around him, that he was borderline obsessive, and behaved inappropriately around her.

Anna’s ex-boyfriend, Josh, stated in an interview that Anna was “seriously uncomfortable” around Hudson and that Hudson was “infatuated” and “attracted to her like crazy”. Josh also claimed Hudson had previously tried to lie on top of her without permission but was caught and scurried away.

Despite these apparent warnings, Anna’s dad and stepmother still had the teens share a cabin together away from the parents on this cruise. I’m not saying they should have seen this horrific outcome coming, but maybe if they had heeded what Anna was telling them, she wouldn’t have been in a situation for this to happen in the first place.

Anna’s dad Chris told NBC News that ‘justice needs to be served.’

Timothy Hudson faces life in prison.
