Scary Movie 6 Trailer Brings Back Original Cast To Make Fun Of ‘Sinners’, ‘Weapons’ And More

The first Scary Movie (2000) was simply perfect, so it’s great to see the OG cast back together 26 years later for a new entry into the franchise.

From the looks of the trailer, it seems like they’ve gone full “anti-woke” for this one:

Well, that does look suitably dumb and ridiculous, and aside from the pronouns joke that’s straight out of 2010, it actually does look like it might be quite funny, especially if you’ve seen films like Sinners, M3GAN, Weapons, and others that they’re supposed to be parodying.

The best part about the trailer is seeing the original gang back together again, which is pure nostalgia for anyone who enjoyed the original. Ray coming to the door and asking “why just half gay?” got me, I have to say. Not to mention – Doofy and the Strong Hand Guy are back!
