‘Whatever’ – Jude Bellingham Not Happy With Thomas Tuchel’s Criticism Of England Performance

Thomas Tuchel was fuming with England’s performance despite the 2-1 win Vs Norway, calling the victory “lucky” and “sloppy”…

It looks like Jude Bellingham didn’t appreciate the criticism, dismissing his coach’s comments when they were put to him afterwards…

Jude told ITV: “Ah well, whatever. Whatever. Yeah it’s difficult out there.

“It’s a tough shift. It’s a tough shift. All the players have put out a tough shift.

“So my thoughts and appreciation go out to the players who put in a great shift yet again.”

“It’s a tough shift out there”

He then doubled down on his comments when speaking to the BBC, suggesting his coach “doesn’t know what it’s like to play in those conditions”:

“Maybe he doesn’t know what its like to play in those conditions against Erling Haaland, Odegaard, Musa, Sorloth, you know, that’s not an easy team to face.

“I think we’ve tried to create a positive environment and we should continue that going into the final four.

“I can’t speak highly enough of the lads, you’re not going to win every game by popping the ball around and making a thousand passes, sometimes you have to win dirty, and we’ve done that again tonight.”

Not exactly ideal having this tension between the coach and star player ahead of a big semifinal Vs Argentina. Then again, maybe it is? Tuchel obviously demands a lot from this team and maybe rubbing Jude up the wrong way will somehow spur him on.

Either way, bit lame for that reporter to put Tuchel’s comments to Jude and stir sh1t up like this. I know a reporter’s job these days is to create clicks and drama, but at the same time, they’re also supposed to be England fans backing the team.

Then again what do expect from the sort of bellends that write this headline ahead of a massive tournament:

The Three Lions take on Argentina on Tuesday. Come on England!
