Having already claimed to have pulled Love Island winner Ekin-Su in Nando’s this week (she was probably just polite to him and he imagined a whole flirtation), Wayne Lineker has wound up the internet further by posting a weird meme referencing himself on Instagram.

Here’s what the 60-year-old Ibiza party king posted:

In fairness, there’s also loads of young women tagging each other under the post and saying things like ‘this is so me xx’ , so I guess it’s mission accomplished as far as Wayne Lineker is concerned. Probably made the meme himself so he can hunt down all the girls that get tagged in the comments. I mean, summer’s still a long way away but it wouldn’t shock me if Wayne Lineker plans his shags 5 or 6 months ahead of time. That Ibiza mentality doesn’t stop just because the weather changes, does it?

Well anyway, good luck to Wayne on his exploits. If you’re going to call him a nonce, just make sure not to say it to his face at one of his Ibiza clubs – as this young man found out.
