Two People Arrested On Suspicion Of Manslaughter Over Death Of The Lip King
In a significant update, two people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following the death of Jordan James Parke, 34, AKA The Lip King – a British influencer who famously spent £130,000 trying to ‘look like Kim Kardashian.’
Parke was found unconscious at Lincoln Plaza in Canary Wharf, London, last week, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Metropolitan Police are investigating reports that Parke may have been undergoing a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) shortly before his death, and it may have been botched to the point that it killed him.
A 43-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were taken into custody and released on bail pending further enquiries.
Ironically, at the time of his death, Parke was himself out on bail on suspicion of manslaughter related to the 2024 death of Alice Webb, who died after a liquid BBL at his clinic in Gloucestershire.
Parke operated the clinic, called The Lip King Aesthetics, despite having no medical qualifications.
The influencer had also been the subject of a BBC investigation in October 2025 regarding the illegal sale of prescription-only weight-loss injections.
Aside from spending £130k on 50+ procedures in an attempt to look like Kim Kardashian, Parke was also known for appearances on This Morning, Bodyshockers and Botched.
Ultimately, it sounds like it was his obsession with cosmetic surgery that led to his untimely death, which is unfortunately too often the case these days.
Let’s hope that The Lip King’s fate will at least make other young men and women think twice about the pros and cons of extreme cosmetic surgery. Why get a BBL when you can just squat?
