I’ll be honest, when I first saw these pictures you could have convinced me it was someone hanging out with their gay sugar daddy, but nope – it’s just American football legend Tom Brady and his 15-year-old son getting cosy by the pool, and the images seemed to have rubbed a lot of people up the wrong way.

Clearly this is just a loving father being affectionate with his son, but since Tom Brady shared the images on social media, these are the sorts of messages he’s dealing with:

As an active father, there is certain games we don’t play. There should be no reason his grown ass son should be sitting in between his legs and he’s kissing him on the back of his neck. As if his wife doing witchcraft before his games isn’t weird enough..

I mean, I get why people think it’s weird and it’s more the fact a 15-year-old boy is sitting square on his daddy’s lap rather than the kiss itself, but it’s gotta be brutal for the lad to see so many people sexualising these photos when it’s really just a totally innocent father and son picture at the end of the day. Not to mention, there was similar reaction back in 2018 after a clip of Jack kissing his dad on the mouth for 3 full seconds aired on the ‘Tom Vs Time’ docuseries:

Again, a bit weird, but I guess that’s just how the Brady family displays its affection to one another. I’d have probably been mortified if my dad tried to put me on his lap and kiss me on the neck when I was 15, let alone share the evidence online. Still, better than having a dad who does meth, beats your mum, and hasn’t hugged you since you were 5, right? Gotta put these things in perspective.
