The Guy Who Blocked An 80-Year-Old Woman On The Staircase Claims She ‘Pushed’ Him
The guy who blocked an 80-year-old woman on the staircase at Harrow & Wealdstone station in London and told her to ‘go around’ claims the only reason he started recording her was because she ‘pushed’ him, and that it’s all on CCTV.
Here’s a reminder of the incident:
This man pulled out his phone to film himself blocking an 80 year old woman from using the handrail on a busy station staircase, then claimed he was “just relaxing.”

When did basic respect for older people become optional?
I remember when people went out of their way to help…
The man, who goes by the apt “TeamLilMalice” on TikTok, had this to say for himself:
I guess the internet isn’t really sympathising with his excuse because he’s since deleted his TikTok account amid the backlash.
He really posted the video online thinking everyone would be on his side, but it turns out people were more sympathetic to the 80-year-old woman with motility issues who was trying to get up the stairs.
Yeah OK, maybe she shouldn’t have been taking the stairs or maybe she should be walking up the opposite side, but why is Lil Malice just chilling there on the stairs in the first place? I think any decent person would step aside and let the old lady use the handrail to get herself where she needs to go.
At this point, I’m sure he regrets putting the footage online, and probably realises he could have dealt with the situation differently. We live and we learn.
