Very sad news today as actor Ewen MacIntosh, best known for playing deadpan accountant Keith Bishop AKA Big Keith in The Office, has passed away aged 50.
A cause of death has yet to be revealed, but Ewen had shared the below photo of himself from hospital back in February 2022 and wrote on social media: “Bad times for me I’m afraid chums. Stay strong out there.”.
Ricky Gervais led the tributes on X today:

MacIntosh also appeared in Little Britain, Miranda, After Life and Celebrity Come Dine With Me. He was also a regular on the radio sitcom Cabin Pressure where he played Carl, the bored ATC operator.
