Filipino born Herbert Chavez has spent the last ten years having surgery in a bid to become a real life superman.

Herbert Chavez, 35, has been obsessed with the superhero since he was a youngster, and rather than claiming to have any actual superhero powers, he says that teaching kids good values is his special talent.

Herbert has spent thousands of pounds on surgery to make him look more like Superman which include a nose job, work on his lips and thighs as well as Michael Jackson type skin injections to make his dark skin appear lighter.
