If there’s anything that could illustrate the current state of the world than Post Malone launching his own brand of Rosé, then I’m yet to hear it and I feel like it’s a pretty accurate indicator of where we are as a civilisation at the moment.

The beverage is named ‘Maison No. 9’ after Post Malone’s favourite tarot card (cringe) the nine of swords – which represents overcoming challenges. That’s definitely what we need right now.

The rapper allegedly tried 50 blends before he came up with one that he was happy with, consisting of Grenache (45 percent), Cinsault (25 percent), Syrah (15 percent), and Merlot (15 percent). Sounds exactly what you might want to relax with at the end of the day if you were a trap rapper or whatever Post Malone is.

Here’s what Post had to say about it:

Rosé is for when you want to get a little fancy. It’s a nice switch up and I have been thinking about doing my own wine for a while.

It was great to work with Global Brand Equities because they saw the vision and we got to do some super cool stuff. Maison No. 9 goes down smooth, and you’re all going to love it!

The clean, dry, crisp finish is balanced and round with a texture that is mouthwatering and savoury, perfect for drinking on its own or with a variety of dishes.

Should really go down a treat with all the Post Malone fans out there. It’s going to be available mid June, priced at £18 for 750ml, £36.85 for 1.5l  and £73.71 for a 3 litre bottle. Can you imagine the carnage you would get into with that?

For more of the same, check out Post Malone explaining why he got face tattoos. Makes sense.
