The most incriminating photo of all time has resulted in a woman from County Clare, Ireland losing a £649,967 compensation case for injuries she supposedly suffered when her car was hit from behind by another motorist.

Kamila Grabska, 36, sued RSA Insurance for near £650k, claiming she hurt her back so badly in the 2017 car crash that she was unable to work, play with her children or carry out basic chores for five years due to back and neck pain.

Probably not a good idea to then be pictured throwing a massive Christmas tree into the sky during a tree-throwing competition less than a year later:

Not only was Kamila pictured effortlessly launching a giant tree into the air, she was so good at it that she literally won the tree-throwing competition:

Unfortunately for Kamila, you can’t be this sloppy when you’re in the middle of a £650,000 injury compensation claim, and the Irish High Court threw out her claim as soon as they saw the photo evidence.

Judge Carmel Stewart was quoted in the Irish Independent saying:

‘It is a very large, natural Christmas tree and it is being thrown by her in a very agile movement. I’m afraid I cannot but conclude the claims were entirely exaggerated. On that basis, I propose to dismiss the claim.’

There’s just something so funny about seeing someone caught so unbelievably red-handed to the point that everything they’ve been working towards comes crumbling down in the blink of an eye, and there’s nothing they can do to explain it. Kamila Grabska was caught out in an outrageous lie in the most hilarious way possible, plain and simple. I just wish we had footage of the moment the evidence was presented to Kamila and she realised she’d just been found out. At least we’ll always have the photo.
