An Australian watercraft design company named Migaloo have brought out the big guns in designing what will surely be a stupidly expensive piece of kit — your own private, moveable, floating island that includes a 262-foot elevator, a beach club, a cinema and “jungle deck”.

The ‘Kokomo Ailand’ is described as a “floating habitat based on semi-submersible platforms, customisable in size, shape and features.”
You can put those black cards away though because as for now it’s just a concept. I’m sure the video will pique the interest of a few billionaires though, so Migaloo might need to get to work on some custom jobs pretty soon.
