Man Who Cut Off His Penis, Lit It On Fire And Used It To Set His Mum’s House On Fire Is Back On The Streets

Earlier this week we wrote about Christopher Peden – the Indiana man who was arrested and charged after admitting to cutting off his own penis, dousing it in gasoline, setting it on fire and then using it to burn down his mum’s garage.

Peden, 36, from Fort Wayne, first claimed that he had been “slashed”, but then confessed to police that he had taken a kitchen knife and cut his own penis off at 2AM.

He then turned his severed penis into a molotov cocktail – pouring gasoline on it, setting it on fire and lobbing it into the detached garage, which went up in flames.

Well the latest update is that Peden is now out on bail after being released on a $10,000 bond, which comes with certain strict conditions, including not leaving the state of Indiana without permission.

Investigators collected evidence from the garage, including a red plastic gas container, four lighters and a kitchen knife… but no penis! I guess it must have disintegrated completely in the flames.

And so Christopher Peden is now back on the streets pending his criminal trial. The good news is that he can’t cut off his penis and use it to firebomb anyone’s garage anymore. The bad news is that there are plenty of other penises in the world so maybe the good people of Indiana should keep their heads on a swivel. You have been warned.
