Man Arrested After Allegedly Stabbing Girl In The Back Of The Neck In Burnley

Another day, another brutal stabbing in the U.K. for everyone to politicise – this time involving a man who stabbed a 17-year-old girl in the back of the neck.

The incident occurred yesterday (Friday, June 12) at around 3pm on Wood Street in Brierfield, near Burnley, Lancashire.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in custody.

No details released on the suspect aside from the photos that are available online. The speculation seems to be that he’s an Afghan national, but we can’t say that with 100% certainty until more details are available…

The teenager was transported to the hospital with a serious stab wound to the back of her neck, but the good news is that her condition is neither life-threatening or life-changing (well, aside from the psychological trauma).

She has been conscious and communicating with medical personnel and investigators.

Obviously it’s never a good time for something like this to happen, but especially now when social unrest is already at a fever pitch following the death of Henry Nowak in Southampton and the attempted beheading of Stephen Ogilvie in Belfast. Are we about to see riots on the streets of Lancashire too?

Unfortunately this sort of thing will probably keep happening as long as we have dangerous men who we know nothing about coming into the country.

Of course it’s not just dangerous men from abroad who are knifing random people in the street, so we probably need to do something about the born-and-bred Brits who are also prone to this sort of behaviour.

Not too long ago, we had a British neo-Nazi teenager try to behead a Kurdish barber in Bristol.
