As a caring and thoughtful leader, he makes important comments on things not usually addressed by Prime Ministers or Presidents. He released an insightful document entitled: “Guidelines set forth to develop nation’s animal husbandry”. This meaty tome includes good sense talking:
In order to improve the people’s standard of living, we should, while doing farming well, develop animal husbandry and fishing, and thus resolve their food problem.
I think it might take a bit more than artificial insemination, but at least he’s trying.
