Justin Bieber Dropped An Absolutely Classic Quote In His Interview With Rolling Stone Magazine

Who knew Justin Bieber was so damn wise?

It wasn’t that long ago that Justin Bieber was getting clocked sneaking out of brothels, egging his neighbours’ houses, partying on Thursday nights (!) with Rick Ross and P Diddy, basically all the things that made him the undisputed, unfuckwithable bad boy of rock and roll (serious).

It seems he’s kind of reined it in a bit lately, which is no fun really, but he recently gave an interview to Rolling Stone in which he explained how he’s trying to live these days:

I just wanna honestly live like Jesus. Not be Jesus — I could never — I don’t want that to come across weird. He created a pretty awesome template of how to love people and how to be gracious and kind. If you believe it, he died for our sins.

He quickly clarified that he’s “not religious” and that he’s bothered by the “really weird stuff going on in churches”, but he does recognise himself as a good Christian though he doesn’t go to church much.

He then said probably the greatest thing he’s ever said to make his point that you don’t need to go to church to be a good Christian:

You don’t need to go to church to be a Christian. If you go to Taco Bell, that doesn’t make you a taco.

Say what you want about the Biebs, he’s absolutely right there. Perfect analogy. Going to Taco bell doesn’t make you a taco any more than going to church makes you a Christian. Just a totally flawless argument.

And by saying that Justin Bieber has basically summed up Christianity to perfection. It’s not about physically transforming yourself into a taco or a church, it’s about being a good person and loving your fellow humans.

P.S. Still might want to tone down the rapey undertones in your latest song mate (according to some).
