I always thought Dagestani influencer/sideshow Hasbulla had ‘future cancellation’ written all over him, and sure enough a video of him has surfaced on Twitter this week in which he appears to be abusing his cat.

In the clip, which you can watch below, Hasbulla seems to be ‘disciplining’ the pet as he tugs on its ear and wacks it on the head a couple times:

Now it’s possible this guy is so small that the cat just thinks it’s being petted, but it’s still not nice to see and something the RSPCA will probably be taking a look at given Hasbulla’s growing internet presence.

The 20-year-old Dagestani dwarf blew up massively these last couple years by attending UFC shows and hanging out with all the fighters, and has become something of an ambassador for the sport. He’s regularly pictured with Dana White and often shows off cat videos, although this is the first time he’s exhibited Kurt Zouma-esque behaviour on camera.

We’ll have to see how this plays out and whether Hasbulla issues an explanation or apology. Maybe Conor McGregor was right about the ‘little gimp’ all along?
