A Harry Styles fan did what most people wouldn’t earlier today after turning down $50,000 (£28,000) to cut up her ticket to his Love On Tour show in Sydney.

The young lady was picked out of the queue by The Kyle and Jackie O Show producers who were offering money for fans’ tickets. She was first offered $1,500 but quickly turned it down, then they kept upping the offer until it reached $50,000 and she still wouldn’t budge. Although it probably didn’t help that her friends and fellow Harry Styles fans in the queue kept urging her to turn the offer down.

‘I’m sorry, there’s no way in hell I’m missing this concert. I’ve never seen Harry live before.’

A Harry Styles superfan did what most wouldn't on Friday and turned down $50,000 to 'cut up' her ticket to his Sydney concert

Have to think this girl will be kicking herself in 15 years time, or as soon as she realises she could have cut up the ticket, taken the $50,000, and booked tickets to every other Harry Styles show in any other city around Australia, and still ended up with a tidy profit. She probably could have booked him for a private gig with that cash!

Unfortunately, the idea of missing Harry Styles’s concert that very night seemed so terrifyingly unfathomable that she couldn’t even think straight, and nor could the idiots around her handing out the worst financial advice known to mankind.

Well anyway, hopefully Harry sees this and sorts her out with a backstage pass at his next show or something. Or maybe these are exactly the kinds of obsessive superfans he wants to keep well away from. Understandable really.
