I’m not sure if any of you noticed, but George Bush became an internet meme after Donald Trump’s inauguration this year, due to his complete inability to put on a rain poncho.

While this video made me chuckle, it also worried me about how a man who caused so much death and destruction during his reign seems kind of cute and amusing. I don’t know whether it’s because he’s not the US president anymore or whether it’s because Donald Trump is such a grade A lunatic that anyone next to him seems meek and kind.
