Everyone has been talking about Jeremy Clarkson throughout most of January after he was cancelled for penning a column where he said some pretty rank and weird things about Meghan Markle and was subsequently told by Amazon that they would no longer be making any new series of ‘The Grand Tour’ or ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ after those that were already contracted.

Thankfully though one series of ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ has already been filmed and will be premiering next week on Amazon Prime which probably couldn’t have come at a more opportune time really. The first trailer has dropped and people are pretty excited about it, as you can see below:

The new series will see a deeper insight into another year on Diddly Squat Farm as Jeremy aims to expand his (very) limited agricultural knowledge under the watchful eye of his no-nonsense team – tractor driver Kaleb, stone wall favourite Gerald, advisor ‘Cheerful’ Charlie, Jeremy’s better-half-turned-farm-shop-keeper Lisa and many more.

Get ready for more farming faux pas, as we follow Jeremy & co on their agricultural adventures.

I’ll be honest, I’ve never watched ‘Clarkson’s Farm’ but I have heard that it was a surprisingly entertaining show and also highlighted how important farming was to our day to day lifestyle, so I guess maybe Amazon Prime are making a mistake by severing tyres with Clarkson?

The second series looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun with Clarkson getting in many ‘banterous’ situations whilst also educating people about the realities of running a farm so maybe when the ratings come in they’ll reconsider? The part where the horse gives birth should probably be enough for that right? Revolutionary TV.

For more of the same, check out Clarkson giving James Corden advice on how not to be jerk. That aged well.
