First Picture Of 16-Year-Old Girl Who Died After ‘Fight Over A Boy’
Awful story out of Leeds this weekend as a 16-year-old girl was found stabbed to death in the street on Kennerleigh Avenue, Austhorpe at 6am on Saturday.
Chloe Watson, from the nearby Cleckheaton area, was found unconscious by neighbours who gave her CPR until an ambulance arrived. She was taken to hospital but was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.

Four people – two women aged 18, a man aged 19 and a boy aged 17 – are in custody after they were arrested yesterday on suspicion of murder.
Chloe had been stabbed in the neck and back following a ‘fight over a boy’, according to her cousin Shantelle Watson.
Shantelle shared the following message on a GoFundMe she set up: “My 16-year-old cousin’s life was sadly taken in tragedy. 16 years young. She didn’t even make it to her 18th – her whole life was taken in a flash over a boy. Her mum is distraught; she has left two younger siblings behind.”
“I wanted to create a GoFundMe to help give her the best send off possible. She didn’t deserve this; she was so full of life, such an innocent, beautiful soul taken too soon.”

Those are all the details available thus far. There are some comments online about an 18-year-old girl being the one who supposedly stabbed her, but we’ll leave the experts to get to the bottom of that.
In any case it’s absolutely shocking that a petty beef over a boy could lead to such a tragic outcome. 16 years old ffs. Stabbed in the neck and back on a quiet street at 6am. Insane that it could escalate to that level. Whatever happened to just taking pops at each other on social media?
RIP Chloe and thoughts with her friends and family – let’s hope justice is served.
