It wasn’t that long ago Sydney Sweeney was complaining about not having enough income to take 6 months off work and buy her dream home in Hollywood, but that’s probably about to change now that she’s hooked up with Michael Bay for her next project.

As per Deadline, Universal Pictures has landed the rights to Marcus Kliewer’s short story The Caretaker and Sweeney is set to both star and produce, alongside Michael Bay and Brad Fuller. We all know that Michael Bay movies = high octane action, explosions, car chases and gun fights. But taking a look at the synopsis for The Caretaker, I’m not so sure we’ll be getting all that this time around…

The Caretaker tells the story of a young woman who accepts a caretaking job from Craigslist and quickly discovers her responsibilities have stakes far greater (and more dangerous) than she could have ever imagined.

Huh. OK. Doesn’t sound like the most exciting story in the world and certainly doesn’t sound anything like a Michael Bay film, but I honestly don’t think the guy is capable of making a movie that doesn’t have a multi-million dollar action-sequence budget, so I’m sure they’ll figure something out.

In any case, Sydney Sweeney is going to be very busy over the next few years. In addition to The Caretaker, she’s also in Marvel’s Madame Webb and recently wrapped up a film called National Anthem. In addition to that, she’s attached to exec produce and star in a new Barbarella movie and also produce a TV adaptation of The Players TableSo yeah, she’s going to be everywhere you look soon enough.

With the Michael Bay partnership, you can’t help but think of the way he launched Megan Fox’s career back in the day. Hopefully things don’t go sour between Sweeney and Bay the way it did for them.

For the time Sydney’s grandparents said she had the ‘best tits in Hollywood’, click HERE. Not sure there’s much debate to be had there.
