Meet ‘Puffy’ – the 5’7 emotional support bear that makes the perfect boyfriend replacement for singles and those in a long-distance relationship. It’s basically a giant stuffed animal with a bear head, designed by Bulgarian model Ina Marholeva, seen chilling with her very own Puffy below:

For $160 (£135), you can troll a friend for Christmas with it, or buy one for yourself and keep it extremely private unless you want to irreparably change the way your friends and family look at you forever.

According to Ina Marholeva’s Instagram, the Puffy bear started out as a joke between her friends but she’s now thrilled it’s become a reality. As f-cking weird as the whole thing is, the product seems to be doing well so far and is also generating some slightly disturbing (though positive) reviews online:

The official Puffy Bear site outlines all the positives that come with your very own Puffy Bear:

Puffy replaces the need for the physical presence of a person in various moments and situations of everyday life, especially during long lonely nights. He doesn’t snore, he doesn’t sweat, and… 🙂 he doesn’t complain.

I mean how could you say no to any of that? Hopefully Puffy doesn’t put on weight to hibernate during the Winter otherwise I can imagine lots of women throwing him right in the trash. For now though, he looks to be a must-have Christmas item. Get a load of how the ladies are kitting their Puffy Bears out on social media – serious swag:

Poor Puffy looks pretty defeated in that last pic to be fair. Treat them well.
