I know that the McDonald’s Corporate Policy probably states that you should never beat up a customer, but what if that customer throws a drink in your face, spits at you, and refuses to leave the premises?

This McManager wasn’t having it whatsoever:

Jeez, how pathetic was that? Starting a fight and then cowering under a table and begging for forgiveness. Reminds me of that weird kid at school who would keep trolling people and escalating situations and the moment anyone got aggressive with him, he’d start cowering and apologising. Then as soon as you back off him and things calm down a bit, he goes right back to being a piece of sh*t.

Well anyway, fair play to that helpful bro who was trying to deescalate the situation while the woman kept trying to incite further violence by yelling at him to whoop the idiot’s butt. A real angel vs devil on the shoulder situation. Poor guy’s lucky the manager’s on that Maccy D’s diet, otherwise the beatdown could have been so much worse!
