David Walliams ‘Strongly Denies’ Allegations Of Inappropriate Behaviour Towards Women After Publisher Drops Him

David Walliams has always been publicly creepy, but thanks to A+ investigative work by The Telegraph, that has now been taken to another level with a list of allegations against him.

The actor, comedian and former Britain’s Got Talent judge, 54, has now been dropped by his publisher HarperCollins, after the following allegations became public:

– Harassment of junior female employees at HarperCollins.

– Former employees advised to work with Walliams only in “pairs” and warned against visiting his home alone.

– At least one junior staff member received a five-figure payoff following a complaint about his conduct.

Walliams ‘strongly denies’ the allegations, according to a statement via his spokesperson, which read: ‘David has never been informed of any allegations raised against him by Harper Collins.

‘He was not party to any investigation or given any opportunity to answer questions. David strongly denies that he has behaved inappropriately and is taking legal advice.’

This comes after Walliams’ high-profile exit from Britain’s Got Talent, which came after a hot mic caught him referring to one contestant as a ‘c**’ and saying of another: ‘She thinks you want to f*** her, but you don’t’.

A spokesman for Harper Collins told the Metro: ‘After careful consideration, and under the leadership of its new CEO, HarperCollins UK has decided not to publish any new titles by David Walliams.’

Well, good that the truth is finally out after years of disturbing rumours around Walliams. No doubt there’ll be a lot more stuff coming out in the next few days, weeks and months as more of his victims step forward.

For what it’s worth, there’s been an extremely f—ed up rumour doing the rounds about his relationship with his sister these last few years, but we’re not going to print it because that’s how you get sued. Just saying – it’s out there.

For the time David Walliams came out as ‘probably non-binary’, click HERE. Hmm.
