Carl Froch is one of the most prominent British Flat Earthers out there – cue jokes about the guy being hit too many times in the head – and he’s decided to double down on his ideas by providing the following bizarre explanation for his thoughts.

Froch was appearing on the ‘Macklin’s Take’ podcast and was asked about his Flat Earth theories and decided to kindly go through his line of reasoning with host Matt Macklin. Here’s what he had to say about it all:

Here’s the problem. I’ve tried to prove – and I challenge anybody listening to this – prove that the Earth is spherical. Prove that it’s round. Prove that it’s actually a globe.

I could get a piece of A4 paper, write down the centre of the flat Earth – which is the North Pole – and write down the ice wall – which is right down the south side – all the way around the circumference of the flat Earth, and you would circumnavigate and you’d get from where you just said [LA] to where you just said [Brisbane] in the same flight path.

Next question.

Wow, there it is. Case closed. It’s a shame that he was speaking on a podcast so we couldn’t actually see him get a piece of A4 paper and show us how this all worked, but I think just from hearing him speak about it we can accept that he’s absolutely 100% right about this and it can’t be questioned in any way whatsoever. Bow down to the master.

For more of the same, check out Carl Froch responding to Jake Paul’s offer of a fight. That would be a pretty interesting one to be honest i.e. Jake Paul will get battered.
