We all know that Brazil’s 7-1 humiliation against Germany on Tuesday hit the nation hard, but this might be the dumbest way to deal with it we’ve seen so far.

One oldish dude, who had clearly had too much to drink during the game – thought that it would be a good idea for him to smash his humongous television on the floor in the street outside his house, presumably so he never had to see anything like that ever again. Presumably he now won’t, but he also won’t be able to watch anything ever again either. A fair trade off?
