If you’re hating your life right now because it’s Monday lunch time and you’re still shaking from the insane amount of booze you ingested over the weekend and are ready to tell your boss you just can’t do it and go home to die in your dirty bed still covered in sick from Saturday night’s blacked out adventures then this video should cheer you up.

This is a recording of a BBC Northern Ireland presenter called Karen Patterson reading out some texts and e-mails that listeners had sent in about Jimmy Savile and the whole peado thing he’s caught up with at the moment, when she accidentally reads out a submission which is quite obviously a prank followed by a heartfelt apology after realising what she’s just done. The fact that the text even made it through the filter and onto the presenter’s desk is beyond me.  Hopefully no-one took offence as it does seem to be an honest mistake, but hopefully the simpleton who let the text reach the presenter’s screen has been fired. We have a few job opportunities here at Sick Chirpse so please get in touch if you’re looking for some more suitable work – we like you’re humour.

Anyway, we’ll save the punchline for now so just listen to the video and hear it for yourself. Check it:
