Andrew Tate has been detained in a Romanian prison alongside his brother Tristan since just after Christmas as the authorities search for evidence on him and his alleged human trafficking syndicate and it’s now been revealed that this prison spell is going to be extended by another thirty days.

The judges originally extended the pair’s detainment from 24 hours to 30 days after deeming them a flight risk, but this has now been increased to another thirty days. This will be a major blow to both of the Tates as their lawyers had previously stated that they were optimistic the application would be denied as the prosecutors had not presented any new evidence as part of their case.

The reasons for the extension are due to be published later today, but it’s thought that it’s probably still due to the brothers being a flight risk and heading off to a country that does not allow extradition back to Romania.

Again, this will be a massive blow to Tate, but it’s also kinda worrying for everyone involved that the authorities need more time to gather evidence as it sort of implies that they don’t have enough to make a case for it in a court of law. It would be so embarrassing for everyone involved if there wasn’t even a court case for all this. Can you imagine how Tate’s stupid minions/followers would react if that ended up happening? Really doesn’t bear thinking about so let’s hope the Romanian police aren’t just pxssing in the wind here.
