Aussie Man, 46, Who Murdered 17-Year-Old Thai Girl Gives Worst ‘Apology’ Ever To Her Parents

46-year-old Simon Carman, the Australian sex tourist who murdered 17-year-old Tunchanok ‘Nong Kae’ Donhomla in Pattaya, Thailand, last week, was made to record a video apology to her parents, and it was completely pathetic.

I mean, it’s not like there’s anything adequate he could say, but it’s clear we’re dealing with a complete dimwit and psychopath here…

 Carman says: “I feel bad for what happened to your daughter. It was out of my control. I know you’ll be very sad, same same me. It shouldn’t have happened. I hope you’re OK. I know you’re not. Please tell your other girls to be careful.“

Not really sure you can call that an apology? He’s basically victim blaming by claiming it was ‘out of his control’, like he had no other choice but to murder a teenage girl half his size. At the end of the clip, he almost realises how ridiculous he sounds when he advises that they warn other girls in Thailand to be careful of predators like him.

Meanwhile back in Australia, neighbours and acquaintances of Simon have told the press that he was a ‘loner’ who was ‘slow’ and detached.

He was born in Ballarat, Victoria, and later worked as a mechanic and truck driver in Rockingham, Western Australia until undisclosed injuries prevented him from working. He successfully obtained insurance payouts and lived off a combination of these compensation payments and a government disability pension.

He had been travelling to Thailand on and off for about a decade before the murder, and had been living in Pattaya full-time for 8 months at the time of his arrest, which occurred at the airport as he tried to flee after dumping a suitcase containing Nong’s body by a railway line 10 minutes from his hotel.

Carman maintains he murdered Nong in self-defence following a disagreement over 500 baht payment (£11 or $15 US or $20 AUD) after finding she was on her period. Unfortunately, only he will ever know the truth for sure.

Nong’s devastated step-mum has called for the death penalty, and it’s likely he will receive it. She also requested to be permitted to beat Carman, but authorities turned that down. Not worry – plenty of that sort thing coming where he’s headed.
