HMP Wandsworth Prison Officer Who Went Viral For Sex Tape Speaks Out On Her Regret
The prison guard sex tape out of HMP Wandsworth was one of the most viral videos of the summer of 2024, featuring an inmate at the London prison and a female guard.
Linda De Sousa, 32, was on duty at HMP Wandsworth when she entered the prisoner’s cell and had sex with him, while another inmate filmed the whole thing and smoked a joint, occasionally saying things like “do your thing bruv.”
Linda’s face, vagina, badge number and wedding ring are all on full display during the video, and so she was never really beating the misconduct charges, which resulted in her 15-month sentencing at Isleworth Crown Court in January last year.
Well, Linda is now back in the outside world, and she’s been explaining her side of the story and how she’s “incredibly embarrassed” and regrets “everything she did”.
Linda claims HMP Wandsworth was “very understaffed” and “hard to manage” when she hooked up with inmate Linton Weirich. He had claimed she was one of a number of guards who smuggled Nando’s, drugs and phones for prisoners, but she denies that part.
The married mum-of-one says: “Everyone’s doing something. I regret everything I did. I’m incredibly embarrassed.”
Weirich, who was serving four years, nine months for burglary, claimed he added Linda on Snapchat and the pair had sex a “few times” before they filmed their sex tape in 2024.
She told The Sun: “Listen, the police had my phone for over a year.
“Everything that I was charged for was what I went guilty for, which was an inappropriate relationship with Linton. That was my fault and that’s what I went guilty for, and that’s as far as it went.
“I had sex with someone I shouldn’t have had sex with and I had an inappropriate relationship, but I didn’t do anything else.”
Well, it sounds like she learned her lesson the hard way. She claims that the only thing she did wrong was have sex with Linton and denies all the other accusations of smuggling Nando’s and whatnot. She’s conceded that it was a mistake, said she regrets it, and that’s that. It’s not like she did anything completely monstrous, is it?
Oh, she also made sure to plug the fact she’s got an OnlyFans that she runs with her husband, which I guess means this Linton guy can claim to have banged an OnlyFans model in prison. Not exactly the kind of thing that’s going to serve as a deterrent to young men going to prison, is it?
